NEW LOOK AUDIT WITH GREATER FOCUS ON
CUSTOMER SERVICE, SOCIAL MEDIA AND WIFI PROVISION PLUS SUSTAINABILITY!


Following your feedback this year we will be putting greater focus on customer service. We will also be limiting the number of interactions depending on your size band to reflect staffing numbers of different sized centres.

Also this year, new size categories:
  • up to 40,000 sq m (2 staff interactions)
  • 40,000 - 80,000 sq m (3 staff interactions)
  • over 80,000 sq m (4 staff interactions)
  • Retail / Shopping Park (TBC)
  • ACE ‘Star’ (2 interactions)
