This research paper, launched at the BCSC/IPM Breakfast Seminar, explores how and why, shopping centres are the most effective venues for brand engagement and experiential marketing.

As a branch of promotional marketing, experiential marketing suffers from the same issue as the rest of the area, a lack of formal research into how effective it is.

As a result companies can easily overlook it as a part of their armoury. This white paper pulls together original research carried out by the IPM, and existing knowledge into an overview for anyone wanting to start using the various techniques, or refine what they are doing at the moment.
