ABOUT BCSC
BCSC embraces the retail property industry in all shopping formats (high street, shopping centre, retail parks) and all locations (in town, edge of town, out of town). Relevant to public sector and private sector (retail and property) members, it combines a valuable internal forum with an authoritative and collective voice on behalf of its members.
Our purpose is to foster a professional, socially responsible and progressive retail property industry and thereby enhance our members’ commercial advantage.
Since its formation, BCSC has built up a thriving membership, representative of virtually every aspect of retail property activity.
BCSC is a company limited by guarantee, registered in England and is managed by a Chief Executive and a Board, represented by owners, developers, managers, retailers and consultants.
Membership is open to corporate bodies and their employees, retailers, shopping centre managers, public sector managers, investors, and individuals and organisations supporting BCSC’s objectives.
