Why enter?
As customers’ shopping needs become more sophisticated, shopping environments will continually need to differentiate themselves to sustain interest and excitement. Excellent customer service must be proactive and is essential for meeting customer expectations and needs. Winning an ACE award not only reinforces your added-value message to customers, it sets benchmarks in the industry and also ensures widespread industry recognition which will attract both investors and retailers.
The awards will be presented at the renowned Shopping Centre Management Conference on 5th March 2008 allowing the industry to celebrate with the award winners. The Top ACE award winner will win a trip on a BCSC overseas study tour. (Previous tours have gone to the United States and Europe).
Who can enter?
The ACE awards will be given for achievements within a managed shopping environment. Entrants can represent a variety of disciplines - centre or asset management, managing agents, councils, operational teams or the owners and investors themselves.
