The BCSC ACE Awards are the UK's leading award programme for customer service in the retail property industry.
2013 is the 7th year of the award scheme and this is your chance to join famous centres such as Kingdom Shopping Centre, Westfield Derby and The Oracle among the Award winners. The ACE Awards continue to evolve and improve each year. The launch for 2013 has brought lots of changes including:
