WHO CAN ENTER?
Applications are invited from a variety of retail destinations – including shopping centres, retail warehouse schemes and outlet malls - and may be entered by a variety of disciplines - centre or asset management, managing agents, councils, operational teams or the owners and investors themselves.
HOW WILL YOU BE JUDGED?
The ACE Awards will be judged within three separate size bands - applicants are invited to enter their centre in one of the following size categories:
- up to 40,000 sq m
- 40,000 – 80,000 sq m
- over 80,000 sq m
Each centre will be assessed on the basis of their staff and their facilities. In line with the recommendations put forward in the BCSC Customer Care Guide, the weighting of this will be 60% to staff and 40% to facilities.
A top ACE award will then be chosen from the category winners.
Each entrant is required to provide a completed application form addressing the set judging criteria outlined.
