Suzi is a senior member of the Land Securities team holding the position of Portfolio Director within the portfolio management department running a team looking after their largest shopping centres within joint ventures. Her team works closely with joint venture partners such as CSC, British Land, Hammerson, The Crown Estate and Ignis Real Estate.
Suzi was on the Board of Accessible Retail from 2006 until 2009. Suzi currently sits on the Board of Cardiff and Co, Cardiff's destination marketing organisation. Suzi also sits on Land Securities Corporate and Responsibility Committee and also chairs Land Securities' Charities Committee.
Having worked in different sectors of the industry, Suzi has a broad view of property, whilst having a specialist knowledge of shopping centres where she co-ordinates teams of asset , centre, project and property managers. Over her career, Suzi has been an agent, a retailer and a landlord. Suzi worked for Hiller Parker prior to joining Chartwell Land PLC. Suzi then spent 6 years at B&Q plc where her roles included property management, store disposals, store acquisitions, development, and investment management. Suzi joined Land Securities in 2006, working in the out of town team and moved to the shopping centre asset management team in 2009. Suzi is responsible for a team of 5, managing major shopping centre joint ventures, where she liaises regularly with retailers, agents and other landlords. Suzi sits on 4 Joint Venture Boards / Executive Committees, and is familiar with the workings of strategy and advisory Boards.
Suzi's particular areas of interest include asset management including managing newly developed shopping centres, shopping centre investment and joint ventures.
