Mark Williams is the Head of DTZ Retail Team and has experience across all sectors within the retail arena including shopping centres, town centre regeneration and even new football stadiums. More
recently Mark's principal responsibilities are focused on leading the firm's investment activities in the retail area with the most notable
recent transactions including the purchase of the Charterhouse Shopping
Centre portfolio (the largest publicly marketed portfolio by a number of
centres in the UK) and advising Grosvenor on the funding of the massive 2.7million sq ft Paradise Street, Liverpool regeneration project.
Mark is Chairman of the BCSC Finance and Investment Committee.
