The Westfield Group is an internally managed, vertically integrated shopping centre group undertaking ownership, development, design, construction, funds/asset management, property management, leasing and marketing activities.
Westfield has investment interests in 129 shopping centres in four countries (UK, US, Australia and New Zealand), with a total value in excess of £17 billion and is the largest retail property group in the world by equity market capitalisation.
In the UK Westfield manages retail assets of approximately £2 billion with a development pipeline of a further £2.7 billion. These assets include CastleCourt (Belfast), Merry Hill (West Midlands), three urban regeneration initiatives Broadway (Bradford), Sprucefield (Lisburn) and the £1.5 billion White City development in West London.
Westfield is committed to a major programme of regeneration and redevelopment across the UK portfolio and this year has commenced work on its first major project, a £310 million extension of The Eagle Centre (Derby).
About the Irish Celebration
BCSC and Westfield are hosting a party - an Irish Celebration! This is a grande finale not to be missed. There will be music, dancing and a full programme of entertainment, as well as plenty of food and drink to ensure this is a night to remember!
The dress code is smart casual, so please leave your black tie and long frocks at home.
This event will take place at Belfast City Hall, Donegall Square from 7.30pm until 1.00am. Guests will be able to enjoy music, dancing, drinks and food, throughout the evening.
Due to limited space, the Irish Celebration is open to conference delegates and exhibitor delegates only. Additional tickets cannot be purchased for this event.
