This form is only valid for organisations who have previously exhibited at the BCSC Shopping Centre Management (SCM) Conference and Exhibition in 2010 or 2011. All other organisations should refer to the general exhibitor booking forms. Please note that the below fees have been frozen from SCM 2011 and will be valid for this year's event only.

	Exhibitor Manual

BCSC will provide an exhibitor manual on the conference website, which you will be able to download. Access to the exhibitors manual will be password protected and this password will be sent to you upon confirmation of your stand location. The manual can therefore be easily made available for any contractors involved with the production of your stand. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to ensure that the information contained in the manual is communicated to all of their contractors if applicable.

Please send a four-colour version of your organisation’s logo, to joanna.puckett@bcsc.org.uk or on disc/CD-Rom in an EPS Vector or a high resolution JPEG (minimum 300 dpi). Please also send pantone references and corporate identity guidelines, if applicable.

Please send a four-colour version of your organisation’s logo, to joanna.puckett@bcsc.org.uk This file can be in either a gif or jpg format. The size of the logos must be no larger than 146 pixels wide and 100 pixels high.

Organisation profile
We will also need a short profile of your organisation (150 words maximum). Please ensure this is sent as soon as possible to joanna.puckett@bcsc.org.uk.

Booking Conditions and Notes:
1.	Upon confirmation of your stand location, a VAT invoice will be issued by BCSC. VAT is charged at the current rate and under UK excise regulations must be paid by all organisations taking space at a UK event. VAT Reg. No. 438116556.
2.	Full payment must be received within 30 days of receiving your invoice. Credit card payments are accepted.
3.	If full fee payment has not been received by close of business on the day preceding the opening date then admittance will not be permitted.
4.	Cheques and bank drafts, drawn in pounds sterling on a UK bank, should be made payable to BCSC; bank transfers should be made payable as follows: BCSC; Natwest; Account 67410006; Sort Code 60-17-21; you must send a remittance advice quoting your organisation name and invoice number.
5.	In the event of cancellation of your booking, notification must be given in writing to BCSC. As this incurs costs, we reserve the right to apply cancellation charges as shown below: - More than 90 days prior to start of the event – nil - Between 89 and 30 days prior to start of the event – 50% of total fee - Within 29 days of start of the event – 100% of total fee
6.	BCSC cannot take responsibility for any loss, theft or damage to exhibitors’ property. Each exhibitor must take out sufficient insurance cover.
7.	This booking is accepted for one exhibiting company only. If you are planning to share your stand with another organisation, you must contact joanna.puckett@bcsc.org.uk as extra fees will apply.

9.	Please note that on-site swapping of names on passes for a £50 administration fee is no longer available.
