Unique sponsorship packages offer a variety of benefits before, during and after the event. They are a great way to get your brand right in front of the largest annual UK gathering of retail property professionals.
In addition to exhibition opportunities, the BCSC Conference & Exhibition offers extensive promotional opportunities, enabling you to communicate directly with 3,000 key members of the retail property industry in a way that is most appropriate to your message and budget. Each option features a full package of benefits including broad exposure in the run-up and during the event itself. Please note that a number of options have already been taken or reserved so early attention is advised.

Platinum sponsor
Main event - POA
Overall event sponsor. Promotion includes; alongside BCSC and sometimes other sponsor logos, the main event sponsor’s logo (and in some printed and on-line items, profile) on all event emails, trade advertisements, promotional brochures, programmes (including 1 page full colour advertisement), badges, tickets and dedicated event website. High level branding within the exhibition area and the conference auditorium, free of charge and priority placement of units within the exhibition and a number of free of charge delegate passes.

Sole sponsor of the exhibition area that runs alongside the conference. Promotion includes; alongside BCSC and sometimes other sponsor logos, the exhibition sponsor logo (and in some printed and on-line items, profile) on all exhibition related emails, exhibition related trade advertisements, promotional brochures, programmes (including 1 page full colour advertisement) and dedicated event website. Social events - £30,000
Sponsor of the following events; welcome party, happy hour, and lunch x 2. Promotion includes; alongside BCSC and sometimes other sponsor logos, the social events sponsor logo (and in some printed and on-line items, profile) on any social event related literature, conference promotional brochure, programmes and on the dedicated event website. Logo within any social event venues, priority placement of units within the exhibition, two free of charge delegate passes and a number of free of charges passes to the social events. (Social events can be sponsored separately)
Coffee Bar - TAKEN
Sponsor of the main BCSC coffee bar situated within the exhibition area. Promotion includes; alongside BCSC and sometimes other sponsor logos, the coffee bar sponsors logo (and in some printed and on-line items, profile) on the conference promotional brochure, programmes (including 1 page full colour advertisement) and dedicated event website. Coffee bar built and stocked by BCSC, sponsors logo in prominent places on the coffee bar and within the coffee bar area, priority placement of units within the exhibition and two free of charge delegate passes.
Juice Bar - TAKEN
Sponsor of the BCSC juice bar situated within the exhibition area. Promotion includes; alongside BCSC and sometimes other sponsor logos, the juice bar sponsors logo (and in some printed and on-line items, profile) on the conference promotional brochure, programmes (including 1 page full colour advertisement) and dedicated event website. Juice bar built and stocked by BCSC, sponsors logo in prominent places on the juice bar and within the juice bar area, priority placement of units within the exhibition and two free of charge delegate passes.

Sponsor of the BCSC main bar situated within the exhibition area. Promotion includes; alongside BCSC and sometimes other sponsors logos, the main bar sponsors logo (and in some printed and on-line items, profile) on the conference promotional brochure, programmes (including 1 page full colour advertisement) and dedicated event website. Main bar built and stocked by BCSC, sponsors logo in prominent places on the main bar and within the main bar area, priority placement of units within the exhibition and two free of charge delegate passes.
Lanyards and Badges - £30,000
Sponsor of the event identification badges and fabric lanyards that all delegates must wear around their necks at all times. Promotion includes; alongside BCSC and sometimes other sponsors logos, the lanyards and badges sponsor logo (and in some printed and on-line items, profile) on the conference promotional brochure, programmes (including 1 page full colour advertisement) and dedicated event website. Sponsors logo printed on both sides of all badges and all fabric lanyards, priority placement of units within the exhibition and two free of charge delegate passes.
Delegate Bags - TAKEN
Sponsor of the delegate bags handed out to every delegate at the event. Promotion includes; alongside BCSC and sometimes other sponsors logos, the delegate bag sponsor logo (and in some printed and on-line items, profile) on the conference promotional brochure, programmes (including 1 page full colour advertisement) and dedicated event website. Sponsors logo printed on the delegate bags, priority placement of units within the exhibition and two free of charge delegate passes.
Vitality Zone - £20,000
Sponsor of the BCSC vitality zone situated within the exhibition area. Promotion includes; alongside BCSC and sometimes other sponsors logos, the vitality zone sponsor logo (and in some printed and on-line items, profile) on the conference promotional brochure, programmes (including 1 page full colour advertisement) and dedicated event website. Vitality Zone built by and beauticians provided by BCSC, sponsors logo in prominent places on the vitality zone and within the vitality zone area, priority placement of units within the exhibition and two free of charge delegate passes.
Bronze sponsors
Conference Gift - £10,000
Sponsor of a conference gift to be handed out at registration. Promotion includes; alongside BCSC and sometimes other sponsors logos, the conference gift sponsor logo (and in some printed and on-line items, profile) on the conference promotional brochure, programmes and dedicated event website. Conference gift to be provided by the sponsor and agreed with BCSC, prior to the event.
Golf Competition - TAKEN
Sponsor of the Monday golf competition. Promotion includes; alongside BCSC and sometimes other sponsors logos, the golf competition sponsor logo (and in some printed and on-line items, profile) on the conference promotional brochure, programmes and dedicated event website. Sponsors logo to feature at gold competition venue and three free of charge golf competition places.
Study Tours - £10,000
Sponsor of the Monday study tours. Promotion includes; alongside BCSC and sometimes other sponsors logos, the study tour sponsor logo (and in some printed and on-line items, profile) on the conference promotional brochure, programmes and dedicated event website. Sponsors logo to feature on study tour packs and in coaches, the opportunity to provide a welcome pack to attendees and three free of charge study tour places.
Pocket Guide - TAKEN
Sponsor of a condensed pocket sized event guide available on-site to all attendees. Promotion includes; alongside BCSC and sometimes other sponsor logos, the pocket guide sponsor logo (and in some printed and on-line items, profile) on the conference promotional brochure, programmes and dedicated event website. Sponsor logo to feature on the front and back covers of the pocket guide and their logo and profile within the pocket guide and one free of charge delegate pass.
Other options
Pocket Guide Full Page Colour Ad
(print and electronic edition) - £3,400
Your advertisement will appear in both the printed edition of the pocket sized event guide as well as the electronic edition, which will duplicate the printed edition with the added value of providing a multi-media platform from where you can embed video and create links to your website. This will be emailed to every delegate prior to the show, in addition as to the entire 14,000 strong BCSC database.
