BCSC/CEM CPD courses

What is the BCSC Management, Business and Assets CPD Programme?

In partnership with the College of Estate Management (CEM), BCSC offers industry-focused Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses to members from September 2008.

BCSC CPD courses give you the opportunity to further your development and progression, and to gain a real understanding of the hottest issues and topics discussed in the industry today.

The programme consists of five modules. There are various levels of accreditation available depending on the levels of attainment achieved:

• a Certificate of Attendance on attending each module
• a Certificate of Achievement for completing one module, including an assignment
• a BCSC CPD Award Certificate once successfully completing all five modules.

This programme will be credit-rated for the CEM Lifelong Learning credit points.

Please note that the programme is only open to BCSC members.
