This is part of the series of Cass / BCSC Master Classes for 2012, and is part of the themed group 'Driving Shopping Centre Performance'. This group of master classes concentrates upon creating sustainable performance and using a suite of performance metrics to provide deep insights into how ongoing centre performance can be optimised.
This master class focuses on the metrics and indices available for shopping centre investment performance.
It will open with a model to analyse and explore retailer performance to identify potential operational improvements, critical sales and service KPIs and enhancements to customer experience. The master class will then take a whole centre approach to consider investment performance of the portfolio of retailers within a shopping centre development. The concept of the sustainable enterprise master class draws these themes together and offers a new perspective on organisational leadership. It challenges managers to lead in ways that interweave the interests of their business with those of society and the environment – turning these potential constraints into valuable opportunities to excel.
