Schemes - includes outlet malls and is also open to out-of-town retail schemes that are either new builds, extensions or have new facades that have created a new visual image. Outlet malls that are either new builds, remodelled, refurbished or extended will also be judged within this category.

Income Generation
Project of the Year - open to owners and entrepreneurs who have created a significant, innovative project that has led to positive income generation from the medium of advertising, sponsorship, plasma screens, merchandising units, etc.

Retailer of the
Year - open to emerging new retail formats e.g. a retailer who has |

| Awards
Jury to nominate: |

 |
Established Centre
- the jury will review schemes of at least seven years old to assess how well they have fared, based upon a series of criteria ranging from designs, financial performance, tenant mix, and interface with the customer and community. |

 |
Local Authority
Partnership - The jury will give consideration to granting awards to local authorities, which have created, implemented or delivered public/private partnerships that have been successful in delivering change to a city, town, and region. |

| In addition to a selected winner/s in each of the above categories, an overall Supreme Gold Award winner/s will be chosen by the jury. |
