1.	Confirmation and a VAT invoice/receipt will be issued in respect of all bookings. VAT is charged at the current rate of VAT and must be paid by all delegates attendingthe event
2.	Payment for the Istanbul Overseas Study Tour 2011 must be made in full within 30 days from the invoice date or by Wednesday 16 February 2011 - whichever date is first. BCSC regrets that places cannot be guaranteed for individuals whose fees are outstanding after the 16 February 2011.
3.	For booking cancellations made 60+ days ahead of the event, no cancellation fee will apply (although an administration fee of Ł50 is chargeable at the discretion of BCSC). For cancellations made between 60 and 30 days ahead of the event, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booking fee will apply. For cancellations made between 30 and 0 days before the event, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the booking fee will apply. Like-for-like substitutions will, however, be accepted at the discretion of BCSC (i.e. BCSC member delegates may be substituted by another member, non members by another non-member).
4.	Cheques and bank drafts drawn in pounds sterling on a UK bank, must be made to British Council of Shopping Centres.
5.	Bank transfers should be made as follows: BCSC; NatWest; Sort Code: 60-17-21; Account no: 67410006. Please quote your organisation name.
6.	Participation in the study tour will not be permitted if payment or BACS advice has not been received.
