Martin Fleming
Martin Fleming will be the lead researcher for the work. Martin has over 30 years of experience in market research progressing to senior management within energy companies. He specialises in the interaction between political, policy development, and consumer issues in changing markets and played a key role in the electricity and gas privatisations. Since 2005 his work with DHC has concentrated on the economic development impacts of transport investment including travel demand forecasts. This has included looking at major infrastructure change such as rail investment and the way that businesses and individuals respond to take account of possible changes.
