Dr Neil Blake, FRSA, AcSS, Director of Economics & Forecasting has extensive experience in numerous areas of economic forecasting and analysis. Neil directs macroeconomic, regional and consumer analysis and forecasting work at Experian and is also responsible for the projections and forecasts of retail expenditure and sales densities and the “Retail Planner Briefing Notes” that underlie Experian’s “Retail Planner” product. He was heavily involved in the Greater London Strategic Retail capacity Study and has been an advocate of the use of sound quantitative techniques and up-to-date information in retail needs assessments. Neil will be involved in every aspect of the research and will have overall responsibility for the research and for the final report.
