Stuart Morley BSc MA Dip TP FRICS, Partner and Head of Research will have some involvement in all aspects of the research with particular involvement in the floorspace and rental data analysis, legal and planning policy analysis and property market analysis of development trends. Stuart has over 30 years experience of undertaking retail studies and a long track record of undertaking and managing research projects. Of particular relevance to the proposed research project was Stuart’s involvement in the RICS 2020: Visions of the Future research project and his joint authorship of the Future of Leisure report.
