Tessa O’Neill, BDP
Tessa is a town planner with 15 years experience of working in the public and private sector. At BDP, she is responsible for directing the Planning Team on a variety of planning matters including residential and commercial projects for both public and private sector clients and larger scale framework and masterplan studies, development and urban regeneration strategies. Tessa will be involved with taking an overview of the whole project, and will be responsible for formulating the key recommendations arising out of the work. Tessa has experience of undertaking large-scale research projects including the ‘The Quality of the Urban Environment’ for the DoE.
