4.2 Guide to required documents for re-accreditation

The current course provider will be required to submit the following documentation:

  1. Course curriculum as detailed above.
    The course provider must outline any changes to in the course curriculum, with an explanations for the reasons behind the changes.

  2. Resources documentation as detailed above.
    The course provider must outline any changes to the course resources, with an explanations for the reasons behind the changes.
  3. Procedure documentation as detailed above.
    The course provider must outline any changes in the procedure documentation, with an explanations for the reasons behind the changes.
  4. Self-Assessment Form as detailed above.
    The course provider must outline any changes to the Core Competencies covered by the modules in the course, with an explanations for the reasons behind the changes.

  5. Course feedback course providers are required to provide a review of the course feedback form gathered from the training participants at the end of each course, along with a sample of feedback forms.

  6. Course Statistics outlining the number of training courses held per accreditation year, students attending and completing the training.
