Section 5 - GUIDE TO OTHER TECHNICAL MATTERS

5.1 Awarding course certificate

Course attendees are to be issued a certificate issued by each course provider. Please see “Using BCSC logo on promotional material” for details on using the BCSC logo on certificates.


5.2 Using BCSC logo on promotional material and certificates

The BCSC brand guidelines and logos for use on promotional material and certificates will be provided to course providers when they are awarded their accreditation certificate.


5.3 Complaints procedure for course attendees

Each course provider must state in their training material that the course is accredited by BCSC and in the event the training participant are dissatisfied or with to pass feedback on the course, they can send the written complaint to the BCSC.
