Since its inception the BCSC has sought to promote the profile and significance of the retail property industry within the United Kingdom. As part of this work we were delighted to present the 2007 searchable index of all retail-led pipeline development projects, from proposal phase through to completion and opening.

The data on the index is currently being updated and a new electronic version of What's in the Pipeline will be published in 2009.
