The Committee:

• set a strategy that responds proactively to the zero carbon new non domestic buildings agenda, and react to existing and future sustainability legislation from Europe and the UK.
• continue to highlight and reward best practice within the industry, and highlight the role that retail property and retail play in achieving sustainable communities.
