The aim of this committee is to:

• set a strategy that responds proactively to the zero carbon new non domestic buildings agenda
• react to existing and future sustainability legislation from Europe and the UK
• continue to highlight and reward best practice within the industry
• highlight the role that retail property and retail play in achieving sustainable communities
