The Future of Retail Property. This major research project has been designed to inform retailers, developers, investors and public sector policy makers about how retail property trends are likely to influence a wide range of issues, from the conception and design of new projects, to planning, development, tenant mix strategies, leasing, marketing and asset management.

What's in the Pipeline? This research has created a database covering schemes that are over 5,000 sqm in total gross leasable retail floor space, which once completed, will be under single management control. The information resource was updated for 2007 and is available to members as a searchable on-line index.

What's In Store? This research project delivered a publication giving those in the retail property industry an unparalleled insight into the future. Hard copies of the reports can be obtained via the research area in the Publications section.

A guide to customer care best practice: creating an outstanding guest experience. Hard copies of the reports can be obtained via the research area in the Publications section, where members may also purchase copies of the electronic version on CD-ROM.
