This session will provide an overview of the basics of marketing, the importance of measuring results to justify spend and show return on investment, and discuss ideas for how to stretch your marketing budget wherever possible!

5. ACE Awards

This tutorial, led by the Chair of the BCSC Customer Experience Committee, will focus on the key elements the BCSC is encouraging centres to develop in terms of their customer experience, the benefits centres will derive from that and the support that is available to help them do so. There will also be some tips for centres wishing to enter the Ace Awards and some advice on how to be sure of being a finalist and winner next year.

6. Increasing footfall and dwell time through events
