10.00 - 16.30 (approx)	Study Tours Delegates have the option to visit two very different aspects of Liverpool.
	Heritage Coach Tour We regret this tour is no longer available. Retail Walking Tour This tour will explore the retail offering of Liverpool, visiting the Albert Dock, Castle Street, the Met Quarter, St John's Shopping Centre and Rope Walks. Delegates will have a chance to see the newly opened Liverpool ONE. > Itinerary > view list of delegates attending the Retail Walking Tour Space on each tour is limited, so early booking is advised. Please note that there is an additional charge to attend either one of the tours, which includes all transport, refreshments and lunch. Registration for both tours will open at 10.00 at the ACC with prompt departure at 10.30.

Welcome Party


The welcome party is held every year within the conference exhibition at the ACC. This gives delegates the first opportunity to view the exhibition and to network with friends and colleagues in this vibrant setting. Entrance is included in the delegate fee.

The organisers reserve the right to make any changes to the programme, speakers and timings that may be necessary due to circumstances beyond their control.
