Conference dinner
The black-tie conference dinner will be held on Tuesday 3 March 2009. Last year's dinner attracted almost 600 attendees.
The sponsor will have their logo printed on each conference dinner ticket, logo and profile featured in the dinner programme distributed on each table, joint BCSC and sponsor-branded banners displayed at the dinner, acknowledgement from the stage at the dinner, ten complimentary dinner tickets and priority placement of one dinner table at the event.
Registration desks, lanyards and delegate badges
The sponsor's logo would appear on the registration desks, on the lanyards (lanyards to be provided by the sponsor) and on the delegate badges worn by all delegates throughout the conference.
Conference stage set
The sponsor's logo will be incorporated into the main conference stage set.
Breakout sessions
Breakout sessions
will be held on both days of the conference.
The sponsor's logo, where possible, will appear on all breakout signage, on the holding slides and template slides on the screens in all the breakout rooms and on all session location maps available to delegates on site.
Delegate bags
Conference bags, branded with the sponsor's logo, will be handed out to all delegates at registration.
Pocket guide
An easy to carry, condensed mini version of the conference programme will be handed out to all delegates at registration.
The sponsor's logo will be included in the pocket guide.
Welcome party
The welcome party will be held on Monday 2 March 2009 and is the first opportunity delegates have to network and visit the exhibition.
The sponsor's logo will be included on all signage for the welcome party and an acknowledgement of the sponsor will be made on the night.
Conference dinner table gifts
There is an opportunity to place gifts (gifts to be provided by the sponsor) at each place setting at the conference dinner.
The sponsor will be acknowledged from the stage during the dinner and the sponsor's logo will appear in the dinner programme distributed on each table.
Delegate bag gifts
Sponsors have an opportunity to insert a gift (gift provided by sponsor) into all delegate bags.
Conference dinner table hosting
Sponsors have an opportunity to sponsor a table for ten at the conference dinner increasing networking potential by hosting either private guests or BCSC delegates.
The sponsor will be acknowledged during the dinner and the logo will appear on the dinner programme distributed on each table.
Lunch on Tuesday or Wednesday
A hot buffet lunch on both Tuesday and Wednesday will be held in the exhibition area.
The sponsor's logo will be included on all signage for the lunch and an acknowledgement of the sponsor will be made from the conference stage before lunch is served.
Full page colour advert in the conference programme
There is an opportunity to place a full colour advert in the conference programme (artwork designed and supplied by sponsor).
BCSC reserves the right to allocate final position.
Notepads inserted into delegate bags
Notepads (notepads to be provided by sponsor) including the sponsor's logo will be included in all delegate bags.
Pens inserted into delegate bags
Pens (pens to be provided by sponsor) including the sponsor's logo will be included in all delegate bags.
Delegate bag insert
There is an opportunity to include a promotional leaflet (A4, 1 page max.) in each of the delegate conference bags.
Charity prize giveaway
A charity collection will be made at the conference dinner and a draw held for each prize (prize to be provided by sponsor).
The sponsors will be acknowledged from the stage during the dinner and their logos will appear on the dinner programme distributed on each table.
Sponsored keynote speaker
Sponsors may wish to provide sponsorship of a keynote speaker.
