	Study Tour of Bournemouth and Poole Departing from the BIC Highlights include Castlepoint Shopping Park, the first shop in a new style format for the John Lewis Partnership called John Lewis at Home and a tour of the RNLI HQ in Poole. > Itinerary > view list of delegates attending Study Tour Space on the tour is limited, so early booking is advised. Please note that there is an additional charge to attend the study tour, which includes all transport, refreshments and lunch.

WELCOME PARTY

The welcome party is held every year within the conference exhibition at the BIC. This gives delegates the first opportunity to view the exhibition and to network with friends and colleagues in this vibrant setting. Entrance is included in the delegate fee.
