| John Michell FRICS heads up the King Sturge Shopping Centre Management Group. With over 20 years’ experience in shopping centre management, John has particular expertise in formulating asset management strategies designed to identify and exploit asset enhancement opportunities in shopping centres. John has also developed a set-up consultancy team providing developer clients advise on all aspects of management of new schemes in UK and Europe.
John is an active member of BCSC. He is also a fellow of the Association of Property and Fixed Charge Receivers (NARA) and takes appointments from major banks to act as a law of property act receiver. |
