As part of most packages, individual sponsors at the event will have their logo on:
Conference dinner - TAKEN Sponsor's logo would appear on the registration desks, lanyards (lanyards to be provided by sponsor) and on delegate badges worn by all delegates. Registration desks, lanyards and delegate badges The sponsor's logo would appear on the registration desks, on the lanyards (lanyards to be provided by the sponsor) and on the delegate badges worn by all delegates throughout the conference. Conference stage set - TAKEN Sponsor's logo will be incorporated into the main conference stage set. Breakout sessions Breakout sessions will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday of the conference. Sponsor's logo, where possible, will appear on all breakout signage, on the holding slides and template slides on the screens in all the breakout rooms and on all session location maps available to delegates on site. Delegate bags Conference bags, branded with the sponsor's logo, will be handed out to all delegates at registration (co-branded with BCSC and CEM logos). Conference pocket guide An easy to carry, condensed conference pocket guide will be handed out to all delegates at registration. Sponsor's logo and profile will be included. Welcome party The welcome party will be held on Monday 1 March 2010 and is the first opportunity delegates have to network and visit the exhibition. Sponsor's logo will be included on all signage for the welcome party and an acknowledgement of the sponsor will be made on the night. Conference dinner table gifts An opportunity to place gifts (gifts to be provided by the sponsor) at each place setting at the conference dinner. Sponsor will be acknowledged from the stage during the dinner and the sponsor's logo will appear in the dinner programme distributed on each table. Delegate gifts Sponsors have an opportunity to provide a gift (gift provided by sponsor) to be distributed to all attendees. Conference dinner table hosting Sponsors have an opportunity to sponsor a table for ten at the conference dinner increasing networking potential by hosting either private guests or BCSC delegates. Sponsor will be acknowledged during the dinner and the logo will appear on the dinner programme distributed on each table. Conference dinner branded table numbers The sponsor will provide number cards for each table at the conference dinner on Tuesday 2 March 2010. Last year’s dinner attracted almost 500 attendees. The sponsor will be acknowledged from the stage during the dinner and the sponsor’s logo will appear in the dinner programme distributed on each table. Lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday A buffet lunch on both days will be held in the exhibition area. Sponsor's logo will be included on all signage for the lunch and an acknowledgement of the sponsor will be made from the conference stage before lunch is served. Full page colour advert in the printed conference pocket guide An opportunity to place a one page, full colour advert in the conference pocket guide (artwork designed and supplied by sponsor). BCSC reserves the right to allocate final position. Charity prize giveaway A charity collection will be made at the conference dinner and a draw held for each prize (prize to be provided by sponsor). The sponsors will be acknowledged from the stage during the dinner and their logos will appear on the dinner programme distributed on each table. Sponsored keynote speaker Sponsors may wish to provide sponsorship of a keynote speaker.
