| ICSC European Retail Property School |
The ICSC European Retail Property School is held in the summer of each year. The comprehensive 5 day programme teaches fundamental management and marketing skills and offers the strategies and knowledge to support profitable shopping centre development.
Courses available are: Shopping Centre Management or Shopping Centre Marketing Level I and Level II. Level I courses are aimed at industry professionals with less than three years’ experience. Level II courses are for those with more than three year’s experience.
Each year BCSC sends two scholars to attend the ICSC European Retail Property School to take part in either the Management and Marketing Courses. One of the Scholars is the College of Estate Management Shopping Centre Management Diploma Year 2 top student and the other scholar is nominated by the Retail Marketing Group.
