| Ken has over twenty five years real estate consultancy experience in a career including Allied Maples, Somerfield, Boots Properties, Gerald Eve, Fuller Peiser, CACI and now FSP.
Ken is widely known for the support he provides to leasing teams but a large part of his work is advising retailers on strategy and local authorities on regeneration. Over the years, Ken has advised a wide range of Clients including Area Partners, Aviva, Berkeley Homes, Boots the Chemist, Bournemouth Council, Clas Ohlson, Dransfield Properties, East, Forth Ports, Grosvenor Properties, Hammerson, Henderson, LaSalle Investment Managers, Legal & General, Land Securities, Lend Lease, ReBlackpool, Sainsburys, Schroders, Thornfield Properties, Treasury Holdings, Welsh Assembly and Westfield Ken’s core interest is in aligning the needs of consumers and retailers for the benefit of shopping centres, towns and real estate investors. While this relationship lies at the heart of the shopping centre industry, there are few consultants who have advised such a wide range of real estate clients across such a wide range of business areas as Ken has. Ken’s experience will therefore complement the role of other consultants on the Advisory Board by providing a complete view of industry needs, awareness of occupier and investor trends and insight into the most vital part of our industry; consumers. |
